Identify what both excites and scares you and how the two are closely related.
Explore your strengths, and discover which adventure is best suited for you.
Learn about fear and how to work with it rather than against it.
Learn how to self-regulate like the world’s most fearless.

ADVENTURE TIME!
Embark on your adventure.
Face your fear.
Experience what it means to feel truly alive.

REFLECTION
Recount your experience, and how you faced your fears.
Take stock of what you learned by stepping out of your comfort zone.
Celebrate the badass you’re becoming!

Explore how you will show up like a badass in every aspect of your life.
Learn how to implement your new personal skills into your everyday life.
